Quite expensive and paper could be heavier, but otherwise exactly as expected with smooth ordering and delivery.

I experienced a delivery issue and unfortunately the frame arrived damaged. This was clearly not the fault of the sender, and what really stood out was how the situation was handled. The response was extremely prompt, professional, and reassuring. I dealt with a real person straight away, which is very rare these days, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
