I have just taken the picture out of the box to hang it’s completely broken after spending so much money on this to look nice on my main wall its so upsetting. Its my first experience of shopping with you and i am feeling so disappointed ☹️ could someone please help me resolve this issue asap please as i have a viewing of my flat this Friday and wanted it to look nice

The prints I ordered and received are phenomenal! They are of excellent quality. I’m so in love with my hallway now. My only complaint is one of the prints did not come in a bigger size like the other two so I had to downsize the entire group in order for it to be uniform. Overall I am pleased.

The quality of the frame was cheap. The flimsy plexiglass was so cheap that you can’t touch it without it bending and coming away from glass. The print was lovely. I paid $25 to “have it framed” which after I received it, was a joke. When I called and asked politely for a refund I was told the “framing service”  was  not refundable and I was charged an additional $6 to return it. This must happen a lot because the customer service agent (who was polite)  kept trying to lower the price to get me to keep it. It was of such poor quality that I sent it back and took the loss rather than keep it. I am a designer and will not recommend this company.

The art looks spectacular.  Only slight negative is the framing is very lightweight and flimsy, however, to be expected considering the price.  The quality of the canvas is fantastic and looks very expensive.  Real show stoppers!

Wanted to love this. While the prints I choose are pretty, one came bent (at least it was near the side). For the price of everything (‘on sale’ four prints and frames for about 350) particularly the frames I was surprised by the chipped parts on the wood ones and slivers I got in my fingers from gently handling them. Also some of the metal wedge pieces that hold the print were bent and therefore couldn’t do their job. And finally they come with plastic instead of glass that is supposed to cover the prints, IMO they look so bad that I didn’t use the plastic. So sadly would not recommend.

The poster was as seen on screen and of good quality.  The frame arrived damaged and despite several emails to the company, I have yet to receive a refund for the damaged goods.  Customer service has been negligible.

Love the choice and ease of Desenio, ordered three times now.Great quality prints. Amazing Website interface. Easy to view suggestions and gallery walls etc. Help to pair prints and categorized themes and sizes. Despatched from Prague I believe, came quicker than the frames which with hindsight should have purchased also from Desenio.

Only 1 of 2 items were shipped. When I called customer service I was told other item was out of stock. Then my purchase should have noted that and I could have shopped elsewhere. Very displeased. and customer service stated no one else could help me. Never shop here!!!.
