Describe your interior style in three words.
Playful, personal, layered.
What sparked your interest in interiors?
It started with wanting to feel more at home in my space and realising that even small changes could completely shift how a room made me feel. That sense of transformation became addictive in the best way.
What’s your secret tip for people getting started with their own interiors?
Start with what makes you feel something. Whether it’s a colour, a print, or an old object that tells a story. Build around that and the rest will follow.
Who or what is your biggest style influence?
It’s a mix! Vintage design books, street fashion, bold colour palettes from nature, and homes that feel lived in. But honestly, my biggest influence is emotion, how I want a space to feel always guides how I style it.
Which object couldn’t you live without?
Coffee table books.
How do you get your creativity flowing?
Usually by rearranging a room or going down a Pinterest rabbit hole. But honestly, doing something totally unrelated: like cooking, traveling, or even just walking outside. Helps ideas pop up when I least expect it.
Tell us about your influences for the collection with Desenio.
The collection was inspired by joy, colour, and the idea that art should feel like a little love note to yourself. I wanted each piece to bring energy into a space, like a friend who always hypes you up.
Describe the process of creating your collection with Desenio.
It was super collaborative. I came in with a vision: bold colour, playful shapes, and art that didn’t take itself too seriously, but still felt meaningful. The Desenio team helped bring it to life in a way that felt true to me.
If you could describe the collection in just one word, what would it be?
Vibrant. Because it’s full of energy, emotion, and colour, just like the spaces I love to create.
If you could share three essential decorating tips that you always swear by, what would they be?
1. Don’t shy away from colour: use it to express how you want your space to feel.
2. Mix high and low: it’s the story behind an object that gives it weight, not the price.
3. Leave room for your space to evolve: perfection is overrated, personality isn’t.
Do you have a favourite piece from your collection?
Yes! I love Girl Dinner. It reminds me of those nights where you’re with someone you love, having the best time, and you wish you could freeze it forever. The bold pink and red feel like movement and joy captured in a single moment, it lifts my mood every time I see it.
What message or feeling do you hope people take away from your collection?
That your space should be a reflection of you. Fun, imperfect, expressive, emotional… whatever that looks like, there’s no wrong way to make a space yours.
Was there a particular story or moment that sparked the idea for the collection?
The idea really came from realizing just how much art shapes the vibe of a room. I’d be styling a space and something would feel off, then I’d add the right piece of art and suddenly everything clicked. I wanted to create pieces that could do that for others too, that final layer of emotion, personality, and colour that makes a space truly feel like home.
What has been the most enjoyable or unexpected part of this collaboration for you?
Seeing how ideas I had in my head became real, tangible pieces of art.
How do you think art can transform a room?
Art sets the tone. It can shift the whole mood of a space. It’s the heartbeat of a room.
