How can I track my parcel?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Make sure to also check your junk mail folder, since emails can sometimes end up there.
Can I cancel my purchase?
If you want to cancel a purchase before your order has left our warehouse, please call us immediately on +46 8 408 80 902. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it's been shipped, since our warehouse is very efficient at picking and packing. If you placed your order on a weekend or after business hours you can send us an email.
How do I make a return?
Register your return via the link below. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected. Please note the return must be sent as a traceable shipment. Please save the tracking number and proof of postage until we have received your return.Create a return
I have not received an order confirmation.
If you placed an order with us but did not receive an order confirmation, it may be because an incorrect email address was provided. Please also check your junk mail to make sure the confirmation hasn't been sorted there. Contact us here to check whether we have an order registered for you, and to correct your email address so that you can receive your order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not gone through. Kindly contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
Can I order posters with my own dimensions or designs?
The Personalised Prints category includes various templates that you can customise by adding your own text. At present, we are unable to offer custom sizes or personal images.
