There is always a 365-day return policy for products purchased at desenio.com.au. This means that you have the right to revoke your purchase by registering your return on our site within 365 days of the date you took receipt of the ordered product or the order reached the collection point (cooling-off period). Unfortunately, we cannot offer the right of return or exchange on personalised posters printed to order. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery initially payed when you placed the order. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
How do I make a return?
Register your return via the link below. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected. Please note the return must be sent as a traceable shipment. Please save the tracking number and proof of postage until we have received your return. Is there a fee for returns?
Yes, the customer is responsible for all return costs. Desenio will not refund the return costs.
